INGREDIENTS:
 
1.5 lbs pork butt chopped into large 3 inch pieces
ΒΌ cup jerk paste
oil for spraying basket
 
INSTRUCTIONS:
 
Rub pork pieces with jerk paste and allow it to marinate pork for 4-24 hours in the refrigerator. The longer the better.
 
Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F. Spray the bottom of the basket to ensure they dont stick.
 
Remove pork and allow to rest at room temp for 20 minutes. Place in air fryer ensuring they are spaced apart. Set time for 20 minutes, flip halfway.
 
Remove from air fryer and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
 
Enjoy.
